Natasha brings 12+ years of experience across digital transformation, product, technology and enterprise delivery.
Her career spans DevOps and change-control engineering, Tier 1 banking and implementation consulting, through to senior product leadership across Australia and the Middle East.
She has led cross-functional teams of 10–50+ and major digital transformation initiatives spanning large-scale platforms, customer experience, payments, enterprise systems and operational transformation.
That combination of technical depth, product leadership and executive delivery experience shapes Mabot Labs' approach: connecting business strategy with the technology and teams required to execute it.
